How eligible users can disconnect a social platform or request deletion of their YMJiQ account and associated data.
1. What may be deleted
Eligible users may request deletion of YMJiQ account information, connected-platform authorization information, stored OAuth access tokens, synchronized first-party platform data, eligible historical records, and eligible derived creator data associated with their identity.
2. Method 1 — Disconnect a social platform
Disconnecting stops future synchronization. It does not necessarily delete every eligible historical or derived record; use Method 2 for a full deletion request.
- Sign in to YMJiQ.
- Open Creator ID or the connected-platform controls.
- Select the relevant platform and choose Disconnect.
- YMJiQ removes the local authorization credential from protected storage and stops future authorized synchronization.
- You may also revoke YMJiQ or YMJHUB from the platform provider’s own authorized-app settings.
3. Method 2 — Submit a full deletion request
Email connect@ymjhub.com from the address associated with your YMJiQ account where possible. Use a clear subject such as “YMJiQ Data Deletion Request.”
- Your YMJiQ account email.
- Your creator name.
- The username or handle for each connected platform.
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and associated data.
4. Verification and processing
YMJiQ may need to verify your identity and authority over the account before acting on a request. Verified requests are handled within a reasonable period, taking account of the request’s scope, technical dependencies, and applicable legal obligations.
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or audit purposes. Anonymized or irreversibly aggregated information may no longer be attributable to you and may not be capable of deletion as personal data.
5. Revoke access on the connected platform
Platform labels and navigation may change. Refer to the provider’s current help materials if the relevant control is not visible.
- Instagram / Meta: You may revoke YMJHUB-IG through the current connected-app or authorized-app settings provided by Meta or Instagram.
- TikTok: You may revoke YMJiQ or YMJHUB access through TikTok’s current connected-app or authorized-app settings.
