How YMJiQ collects, uses, protects, and manages information when creators use the platform or voluntarily connect supported social accounts.

1. Scope and introduction

YMJiQ is a private creator-intelligence platform operated under the YMJHUB brand. It helps authenticated creators turn authorized first-party social-platform data into analytics, benchmarks, performance assessments, reports, strategic insights, and decision support. This Policy applies to the YMJiQ service, its accounts, and supported platform connections.

Connecting a supported social account is voluntary. YMJiQ receives platform data only after the creator authorizes the connection and only within the permissions granted. YMJiQ authentication is separate from social-platform authorization.

2. Information we collect

The information available to YMJiQ depends on how the service is used, the connected platform, and the permissions the creator grants.

  • Account and authentication information: name, email, account identifiers, session or authentication information, workspace or organization relationship, and access role.
  • Creator-authorized profile data: username or handle, platform identifiers, profile information, biography, links, verification status, follower and following counts, and other platform-provided profile fields.
  • Creator-authorized content and analytics: media or content inventory, captions, timestamps, media and video counts, views, reach, impressions where available, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, total interactions, audience or demographic insights, and other platform-provided analytics.
  • Connection data: authorization scopes, connection status, synchronization metadata, and records needed to maintain the authorized connection.
  • Technical and operational information: application logs, API request metadata, device or browser information where applicable, timestamps, synchronization and error records, security events, fraud-prevention signals, and diagnostic information.
  • Website and product analytics: information about how users interact with YMJiQ, such as pages viewed, clicks, navigation paths, device or browser characteristics, approximate technical location, and diagnostic session signals. Analytics technologies may use cookies or similar browser storage.

3. Sources of information

  • The creator or authorized user directly.
  • Supported social-platform APIs after creator authorization.
  • YMJiQ operational, authentication, synchronization, and security systems.
  • Authorized technical service providers used to operate the service.
  • Analytics and diagnostic technologies used to understand and improve the service.

4. How we use information

YMJiQ does not use private connected-account creator data for unrelated behavioral advertising or ad targeting.

  • Provide creator analytics, performance assessment, benchmarking, creator intelligence, reporting, strategic recommendations, and decision support.
  • Validate data quality, normalize authorized data, synchronize supported platforms, and maintain reliable connection records.
  • Secure accounts, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, investigate errors, troubleshoot, maintain the platform, and improve the service.
  • Understand product usage, improve usability and performance, and diagnose technical issues.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and enforce platform rules where necessary.

5. OAuth and social-platform connections

Social authorization is voluntary. YMJiQ accesses only the data allowed by the scopes the creator grants. When a platform uses OAuth or a similar authorization mechanism, the creator signs in with that platform directly; YMJiQ does not receive or store the creator's password for the connected platform. OAuth access tokens are stored securely on the server, including protected credential storage, and are not exposed to public users or displayed to ordinary authenticated users.

A creator may disconnect a supported platform. Revoking a connection stops future authorized synchronization, although eligible retained data is handled under the retention and deletion provisions below. Each connected platform remains subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

6. First-party creator data

Data retrieved directly through a creator-authorized platform API is treated within YMJiQ as authorized first-party creator data. This does not transfer ownership of the creator’s social account or underlying content to YMJiQ.

7. Grounds for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, YMJiQ may process information based on user consent where required, performance of the requested service, legitimate operational or security interests where legally permitted, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

8. Data sharing

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with hosting, database, cloud infrastructure, storage, security, analytics, and other technical service providers that process information to operate and improve YMJiQ, or with competent authorities where disclosure is legally required.

YMJiQ does not sell private connected-account creator data to advertisers. Private creator data is not public by default and is not disclosed to unrelated creators without authorization.

9. Storage and security

YMJiQ uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled systems, secure server-side credential storage, encrypted network transport, role-based access, operational logging, and data-minimization practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Data retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide analytics, protect security, meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes, or support legitimate operational purposes. OAuth credentials may be removed when a creator disconnects a platform, and eligible synchronized source data may be deleted following a verified deletion request.

Derived or historical analytics may be retained when legally or operationally justified. Information that has been anonymized or irreversibly aggregated may no longer be attributable to an individual.

Retention and deletion are also subject to the requirements of the connected platform. Where a platform requires information received from it to be refreshed, deleted, or no longer used, YMJiQ will follow that requirement.

11. Creator rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and verification, creators may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, information about processing, withdrawal of consent, or objection where legally available. Creators may also disconnect a connected platform at any time. Some rights may be limited where retention or processing is legally required or otherwise permitted.

12. International processing

YMJiQ and its service providers may process information in different jurisdictions. Reasonable safeguards are used where required by applicable law. YMJiQ does not represent that all information is stored in a single country.

13. Children

YMJiQ is not intended for children below the minimum age legally applicable to the service, and YMJiQ does not knowingly seek to collect their information.

14. Third-party platforms

Supported integrations may include Meta or Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms added later. Their services, terms, privacy policies, permissions, and API availability are controlled by those providers and apply separately from this Policy.

15. Changes to this Policy

YMJiQ may update this Policy to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated through the service when appropriate.
