The rules that govern access to and use of YMJiQ, including connected-platform authorization, creator data, and analytical outputs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using YMJiQ, you agree to these Terms. If you use YMJiQ for an organization or creator you represent, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that party.
2. The YMJiQ service
YMJiQ is a private creator-intelligence platform under the YMJHUB brand. It provides creator analytics, performance insights, benchmarking, reporting, strategic decision support, and analysis of first-party data received through creator-authorized platform connections.
YMJiQ does not currently provide social publishing, content scheduling, direct-message management, comment moderation, community management, or administration of a creator’s social account.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Provide accurate and current account information.
- Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
- Connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to control.
5. Permitted use
You may use YMJiQ only for lawful creator-intelligence, analytics, reporting, benchmarking, YMJiQ account administration, and decision-support purposes within the access and role permissions assigned to you.
6. Prohibited use
- Access or attempt to access another user’s account, workspace, or private information without authorization.
- Share credentials, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or probe protected systems.
- Misuse another creator’s private information or disclose it without authorization.
- Scrape protected YMJiQ systems, introduce harmful code, or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law.
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
7. Creator content and data ownership
Creators retain ownership of their social accounts and underlying content. By authorizing a connection, the creator gives YMJiQ the limited rights necessary to retrieve, store, normalize, analyze, and present authorized information to provide and protect the service.
YMJiQ may produce derived analytics, scores, benchmarks, classifications, comparisons, and strategic insights from authorized information, subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
8. Benchmarking and derived intelligence
Benchmarks may use aggregated, normalized, or derived data. Analytical outputs are decision-support tools, not statements of certainty. Their quality depends on available data, data quality, platform definitions, comparison groups, and analytical assumptions. Scores, classifications, and assessments are not guarantees of future results.
9. Third-party services and APIs
YMJiQ may interoperate with services such as Meta or Instagram, TikTok, and technical infrastructure providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. References to a third-party platform do not imply that the platform sponsors, endorses, owns, or is affiliated with YMJiQ. YMJiQ is not responsible for changes, interruptions, decisions, or content controlled by a third-party provider.
10. Availability and changes
YMJiQ may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. No guarantee of commercial outcomes
YMJiQ does not guarantee revenue, follower growth, campaign performance, brand deals, sponsorships, commercial opportunities, viral performance, or any specific creator outcome. Users remain responsible for their decisions and for reviewing the relevance of analytical outputs to their circumstances.
12. Intellectual property
Except for creator-owned content and third-party materials, YMJiQ and its platform design, software, interfaces, analytical methods, reports, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of YMJiQ intellectual property to users.
13. Confidentiality and private creator data
Users must protect non-public information made available through YMJiQ and may use it only for authorized purposes. Private creator data must not be disclosed to unrelated persons or creators without authorization. Access roles and workspace boundaries must be respected.
14. Suspension and termination
YMJiQ may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to a security risk, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, users may be given notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
15. Disclaimers
YMJiQ is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the service or every analytical output will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YMJiQ / YMJHUB is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on analytical outputs, third-party platform changes, unauthorized use caused by a user’s failure to protect credentials, or events outside reasonable control. Liability is not limited where applicable law prohibits limitation.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, law, security, or operations. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing framework and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of YMJiQ, subject to any mandatory laws that may apply to the user. Questions about these Terms may be sent to connect@ymjhub.com.
